Principal Bowser

Ms. Felicia Bowser

It is a pleasure, and I am so grateful to be named the principal of Frazier Elementary School.  I am humbled by this opportunity to serve the students and families of this community.  

I have been in education for 30 years at different levels.  In Guilford County Schools, I have served as a teacher, Mission Possible Specialist, and assistant principal at Mendenhall Middle School and Morehead Expressive Arts Magnet Elementary School.  I also served as a curriculum facilitator in a neighboring district. 

My promise to the staff, students, and families of Frazier is to give my very best and use my skills and experience to facilitate high-quality instruction for all students, preparing them for future endeavors in higher education and the global workforce. 

In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, traveling, and spending time with my family and circles of friends.

Janelly Arce

Assistant Principal

Miss Janelly Arce joins Frazier Elementary School for the 26-27 school year. Previously, a part of the hornet family at The Academy at Lincoln as an assistant principal; she now joins Frazier Elementary and is eager to continue her journey in serving students. Ms. Arce has had the privilege in serving students in various districts from Forest Grove, Oregon to her home in Rutherford County, North Carolina.  As former high school English teacher, Ms. Arce has a passion for literacy as it relates to all content areas. She understands the importance in supporting all who share the commitment to advancing student outcomes using their education as the vehicle towards their success.  

Her mission is to support students, staff, and families to the best of her abilities and to add to the wonderful tradition of excellence at Frazier Elementary. 

Fun Facts

Favorite Sports: Basketball and hockey ( Go UConn! Go Canes!!!!) 

Favorite snacks: Cheeze-Its, Peanut Butter M&Ms, Sour Cream and Onion chips

Favorite hobbies: Coaching HS basketball, watching college sports, working on my car

Favorite drinks: Cafe Bustelo (good ole strong coffee) and Gatorade zero

Amaya Pegues

Administrative Intern

Hello Falcon Family, 

I am Amaya Pegues. I have been in education for about 5 years, serving as a Health/PE teacher and Athletic Director in Winston-Forsyth County Schools. I am currently the Girls' Health/PE teacher at Allen Middle School. 

Super excited and grateful for the opportunity to intern here at Frazier for the 26-27 school year. I look forward to learning, growing, and being the best administrator I can possibly be.
